Easy Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Site. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide instructions on how to return your item. We will either exchange your item for a different size or color, or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.
